Register now for fitness classes

PEAK classes for U of U employees are inexpensive, appropriate for all fitness levels,?and conveniently located?on campus. Classes started August 24 but it?s not too late to sign up.?Choose from the following:?

  • circuit training
  • aquatone
  • core training
  • functional fitness
  • indoor cycling
  • stretch and strengthen
  • weight training
  • yoga?

PEAK?s university employee fitness classes are open to all employees of the University of Utah, University Hospital and University affiliates in Research Park. Family members and partners of employees may also participate in PEAK classes. Register here.??

Well U Program 2011

PEAK Health and Fitness has been an integral part of the U?s?WellU Employee Wellness Program since it was launched in 2007. PEAK?s passport options include Bod Pod (body fat) analysis, resting metabolic rate testing, personal training, wellness coaching and nutrition consultation.?

As of July 2011 benefitted University employees may take advantage of two WellU Passport options at no cost. Additionally, completion of two passport options between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012 qualifies benefitted employees to receive a WellU discount for the 2012 Plan Year (7/1/2012 to 6/30/2013).

PEAK?s Nutrition Workshops

Held in HPR N 227 on Mondays from 12 noon ? 1 p.m.,?nutrition clinics are an informative way to spend your lunch hour. Bring a bite to eat and invite your colleagues. Visit PEAK for more clinic and registration information.
