The executors of Tony Curtis' estate are set to auction off the Hollywood legend's expansive art collection, including pieces of work by the star himself.
The sale will include original artwork by Andy Warhol and Pablo Picasso, as well as Curtis' own paintings and pottery work. Each item is estimated to sell for more than $3,000.
Movie memorabilia from Curtis' career will also be put on the auction block and the navy blue sailor's jacket he wore as he romanced Marilyn Monroe in film classic Some Like It Hot is expected to be a big draw.
The items will go on sale at Julien's Auctions in Beverly Hills, California on September 17, days before the first anniversary of his death.
